About the Founder

The founder of this amazing company is my grandma. My grandma was originally from Russia, but she immigrated here when she was 25. Back in Russia, during the summertime my grandma used to make these fermented foods in a dacha house. A dacha house is essentially a summer home, but in Russia. When my grandma retired and could not work as much, my mom took over the business and now we sell at multiple farmers markets accross the city.
